换一批摘要To the editor:Laparoscopic cystectomy and ileal neobladder is a conventional treatment for muscle invasive bladder cancer.Obstruction of ileal loop in urinay diversion surgery is an extremely rare complication.We reported a case of ileal loop obstruction because of angled adhesion after laparoscopic cystectomy and Bricker type urinary diversion.
