换一批摘要To the editor:Ovarian juvenile granulosa cell tumors (JGCTs)rarely occur in infants.Here we reported a JGCT in a 20-monthold female infant who presented with isosexual precocious pseudopuberty.The infant was admitted to our department having experienced increased leucorrhea for 1 month;she had no other medical history.Both her breasts were enlarged (Tanner stage B2) with no pain.Ultrasound analysis revealed a hypoechoic solid mass measuring 6.5 cm×5.0 cm× 5.0 cm in the left adnexal area.The size of her uterus was age-appropriate,with an endometrial thickness of 1 mm.No free pelvic fluid was detected.
