摘要To the editor:Duodenal stump leakage is one of the serious complications of Billroth Ⅱ distal gastrectomy,which may cause the diffuse peritonitis,septic shock,and ichoremia,and even threaten the life.we reported a rare case concerning the duodenal stump leakage caused by Taenia saginata.A 59-year-old man,who complained epigastric discomfort,was admitted to a local hospital.After diagnosed with gastric cancer by gastroscopy,the patient came to our hospital for further diagnosis and treatment.The physical examination showed epigastric tenderness,and the CT scan revealed the thickened gastric antrum and enlarged perigastric lymph nodes.
