换一批摘要To the editor:We describe an unusual case of perforated metastatic malignant melanoma occurring ten years after diagnosis and treatment of cutaneous malignant melanoma in the patient's ann.A 62-year-old man came to the emergency department of our hospital with diffuse abdominal pain for the past 12 hours.Patient had the signs of chronic bleeding from the gastrointestinal tract one month before the admission to the hospital.During that period patient on several occasions made gastroscopy and colonoscopy tests which were negative.Hematologic tests showed signs of sideropenic anemia.Ten days before admission,MSCT of the abdomen showed the presence of tumor in the initial part of the jejunum with regional lymphadenopathy.
