摘要Reversible posterior leukoencephalopathy syndrome (RPLS)was first described by Hinchey et al.[1] in 1996 as a clinical radiologic syndrome consisting of reversible cortical neurologic dysfunction and brain imaging findings involving the posterior circulation, especially the occipital lobes.
