摘要Accidental exposure to the laser may result in visual impairment from retinal injury.Laser-induced damages to the macula include outer retinal disruption, foveal hemorrhage, macular edema, epiretinal membrane, full thickness macular hole,etc.[1,2] There are some case reports of visual improvement following the use of oral corticosteroids, but till date, there is no known effective treatment for this condition.[3,4] We report a case series of laser-induced maculopathy treated with standard doses of oral corticosteroids.
