An 11 years delayed diagnosis of primary pulmonary diffuse large B cell lymphoma

摘要To the Editor:Diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the major type of primary pulmonary lymphoma (PPL).DLBCL tends to have a poor prognosis,with 5-year survival rates ranging from 0％ to 60％.But in this case report,an old male was pathologically diagnosed as pulmonary DLBCL with unchanged asymptomatic pneumonia-like imaging manifestations in lung for 11 years,which reminds us to pay attention to pulmonary DLBCL with an indolent course.
