摘要慢性乙型肝炎和脂肪肝是我国目前最常见的慢性肝病,而随着肥胖人群的增多,慢性乙型肝炎合并脂肪肝越来越常见.乙型肝炎病毒的慢性感染对脂肪肝、脂代谢的影响,以及合并脂肪肝、代谢因素对慢性乙型肝炎病程和治疗的影响逐渐成为关注与研究的热点.
