摘要目的 观察高压氧(HBO)对原发性肾病综合征的影响.方法 选择原发性肾病综合征患者50例,随机分为常规治疗组和高压氧组,常规治疗组22例,高压氧组28例.常规治疗组与HBO组在治疗前后分别测定血尿素氮、肌酐、IgG、β_2微球蛋白及24 h尿蛋白定量.结果 治疗后常规治疗组与高压氧组各项指标比治疗前均有所下降,但高压氧组下降更明显(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论 高压氧辅助治疗原发性肾病综合征有较好的疗效.

abstractsObjective To investigate the effects of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on the renal function of patients with primary nephritic syndrome (PNS) Methods Fifty patients with PNS were divided into two groups: nomal routine treatment group(n=22), that received usual treatment and HBO group(n=28). IgG, β2 microglobulin, creatinine, ureanitrogen, 24 - hour urinary protein and lipid were examined before and after treatment in two groups. Comparisons between the two groups were performed with t-test. Results All corresponding indexes in the two groups decreased after treatment, and those were lower in HBO group than in nomal routine treatment group. Conclusions The HBO plus routine treatment has significantly good effects on the renal function of patients with primary nephritic syndrome.
