高压氧预处理预防脑梗死再发的疗效观察
Effects of hyperbaric oxygen preconditioning on the prevention of relapsed cerebral infarction
摘要目的 探讨高压氧(HBO)预处理对预防脑梗死再发的作用.方法 选择脑梗死患者92例,经患者知情同意和医院伦理委员会批准,按患者自愿原则随机分为HBO组和对照组,各46例,对照组采用常规联合治疗方案预防脑梗死再发,HBO组在对照组治疗基础上实施HBO预处理,随访3年,比较2组脑梗死再发率、功能健康水平情况.结果 3年后HBO组脑梗死再发率13.0%,对照组32.6%,HBO组明显低于对照组(P<0.05).2组功能健康水平(Oxford残疾量表分级)相比,HBO组无死亡病例,其中0级21例,l级13例,2级4例,3级4例,4级2例,5级2例;对照组死亡2例,存活44例中0级11例,1级8例,2级7例,3级6例,4级5例,5级7例,2组3年后功能健康水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对脑梗死患者进行HBO预处理,能有效预防脑梗死再发,提高脑梗死患者功能健康水平.

abstractsObjective To investigate the effects of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) preconditioning on the prevention of relapsed cerebral infarction.Methods Ninety-two cases of cerebral infarction were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups:the HBO group and the control group,each consisting of 46 cases.The control group received routine therapy,while the HBO group was administrated with HBO pretreatment combined with routine therapy.A 3-year medical follow-up was made in all the patients,then,the rate of relapsed cerebral infarction and their functional health state were compared between the 2 groups.Results Three years later,Conclusions showed that the rate of relapsed cerebral infarction for the HBO group was 13.04 %,while the relapse rate for the control group was 32.6%,with the rate for the HBO group being significantly lower than that for the control group (P < 0.05).Of the 46 patients survived in the HBO group,21 cases were of grade 0,13 cases were of grade1,4 cases were of grade 2,4 cases were of grade 3,2 cases were of grade 4,2 cases were of grade 5 and there were no death cases,when comparisons were made in functional health state between the 2 groups.There were 2 death cases in the control group.Of the 44 patients survived,11 cases were of grade 0,8 cases were of grade 1,7cases were of grade 2,6 cases were of grade 3,5 cases were of grade 4 and 7 cases were of grade 5.Statistical significance could be noticed between the 2 groups (P < 0.05).Conclusions HBO preconditioning in patients with cerebral infarction could effectively prevent relapsed cerebral infarction and improve their functional health state.
