海军护航官兵饮食习惯与健康状况调查
Investigation of dietary habits and health conditions of the commissioned officers and sailors during escort
目的 调查官兵护航期间饮食习惯、行为习惯、健康状况以及食品安全方面呈现的问题.方法 采用调查问卷的方法对某部队参加过护航的50名官兵进行调查.结果 大部分官兵的饮食和行为习惯较健康,身体状况良好,存在的主要问题有部分官兵饮食不均衡,基本不吃豆制品(12.5%)、奶类(4.2%)、鸡蛋(10.4%)、动物性食物(4.2%)、动物内脏(29.2%)、水产品(31.3%)、水果(18.8%),6.3%的官兵基本不参加体育运动,10.4%的官兵每天睡眠只有4~6 h,只有10.4%的官兵能做到每天服用维生素.食品安全方面,56.3%的官兵对肉类食品的安全性有疑虑,高达75.0%的官兵担心食品过期变质.结论 调查显示亟需加强膳食营养和健康知识的宣传普及,不断推进部队食品安全监管,深入开展膳食营养调查,更好地指导官兵合理膳食、健康生活,保障圆满完成护航任务.
更多Objective To investigate dietary habits, behavior and health conditions of the commissioned officers and sailors and the problems concerning food safety during escort .Methods An investigation on the 50 officers and sailors of a certain naval unit once on escort mission was made by using questionnaire survey.Results Most officers and sailors had healthy dietary and behavior habits , and were in good health conditions.The main problems existed among them were : imbalanced diet, inadequate intake of bean products (12.5%), dairy products (4.2%), eggs (10.4%), animal food (4.2%), animal innards (29.2%), aquatic products (31.3%), fruits (18.8%) due to one reason or another.6.3% of them almost never take part in any physical exercises , 10.4% had only 4 -6 hours of sleep per day, and only 10.4.% of them took vitamin pills everyday.56.3% of officers and sailors had doubts about the safety of meat products , and 75.0% of them worried about food quality due to expiration of food shelf life .Conclusions Survey results indicated that education on dietary nutrition and health knowledge should be strengthened , food safety supervision should be further intensified and dietary surveys should be carried out in depth , so as to give them better advice on proper diet and health life , and to ensure perfect fulfillment of escort missions .
