目的 探讨膝关节前交叉韧带(anterior cruciate ligament,ACL)损伤重建术后高压氧(hyperbaric oxygen,HBO)联合康复锻炼的临床疗效.方法 选取烟台市烟台山医院骨科2014年1月至2017年1月前交叉韧带损伤术后患者86例,按照治疗方法分为观察组和对照组,每组43例.对照组膝关节前交叉韧带损伤术后采用常规康复治疗,观察组在常规康复治疗基础上同时接受HBO治疗.连续治疗3个疗程后比较2组患者的疗效和Lysholm评分.结果 治疗3个疗程后,观察组治疗有效率为88.4％,对照组为72.1％,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组膝关节Lysholm、Tegner及IDKC评分明显优于对照组[(89.57±11.31)vs(76.33±10.46)分、(5.53±1.07)vs(4.41±0.93)分、(93.12±14.30)vs(80.69±12.22)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 与单纯康复锻炼相比,HBO联合康复锻炼可以在膝关节ACL损伤术后患者中取得更好的治疗效果,值得在临床进一步推广应用.

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of rehabilitation exercise combined with hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on the patients with knee anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury.Methods Eighty-six patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury who were admitted into the hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were recruited as research subjects , and were divided into the observation group and the control group, according to different treatment methods , each consisting of 43 patients.The control group received routine rehabilitation treatment after surgery , while the observation group was supplemented with HBO therapy , in addition to the treatment received by the control group .Therapeutic efficacy and Lysholm scores of the 2 groups were compared after 3 courses of continuous treatment .Results Following 3 courses of treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group was 86.4％, while that of the control group was 72.1％, and statistical significance could be noted, when comparisons were made between the 2 groups(P <0.05).Lysholm, Tegner and IDKC scores of the observation group were obviously superior to those of the control group [(89.57 ± 11.31)vs(76.33 ±10.46),(5.53 ±1.07)vs(4.41 ±0.93), (93.12 ±14.30)vs(80.69 ±12.22),all(P <0.05)].Conclusions As compared with simple rehabilitation exercise , HBO combined with rehabilitation exercise could achieve much better treatment effects in the treatment of knee anterior cruciate ligament injury after surgery, which was worth further clinical promotion .
