摘要目的 观察高压氧联合复方黄柏液对肛周脓肿术后创面愈合的临床疗效.方法 将158例患者依据知情同意的原则按治疗方法分为观察组和对照组,2组均接受常规手术治疗和术后换药治疗,观察组常规外科换药后加用复方黄柏液直接喷敷联合高压氧治疗,对2组患者进行临床观察,比较2组的创面愈合时间、肉芽生长情况、疼痛及水肿程度和创面渗出情况.结果 治疗组创面愈合时间[(24.91 ±5.17)d]与对照组[(31.23±6.01)d]比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);术后第7天、第14天、第21天治疗组创面水肿及肉芽生长情况均优于对照组(P＜0.05);术后第3天,2组在创面疼痛程度、创面渗出情况两方面差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),术后第7天、第14天,治疗组在这两方面均明显优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 高压氧联合复方黄柏液治疗对减轻肛周脓肿术后创面水肿、缓解疼痛,减少创面渗出等方面的疗效显著,可有效促进肛周脓肿患者术后创面愈合,缩短住院时间,临床疗效显著,有助于提高患者生活质量,值得在临床推广应用.

abstractsObjective To observe the clinical effects of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) combined with Fufanghuangbai liquid on wound healing after perianal abscess surgery.Methods One hundred and fifty-eight patients with perianal abscess were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The patients of the groups were all treated with conventional surgical treatment and external drug application,but the observation group was supplemented with HBO combined with the spraying of Fufanghuangbai liquid on the wound surface.Clinical effects of the 2 groups were closely observed,and wound healing time,granulation growth,seriousness of pain and edema,as well as wound surface effusion were compared between the 2 groups.Results Wound healing time of the observation group (24.91 ± 5.17) days was significantly shorter than that of the control group (31.23 ± 6.01) days,with statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).Wound edema and granulation growth on the 7th,14th and 21st days after surgery for the observation group were all superior to those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Three days after surgery,there were no significant differences in the seriousness of pain and wound surface effusion,when comparisons were made between the 2 groups (P ＜ 0.05).On the 7th and 14th days after surgery,improvement in the above 2 indicators in the treatment group was significantly better than those of the control group,and statistical significance could be seen,when comparisons were made between the 2 groups(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion HBO combined with Fufanghuangbai liquid could produce good therapeutic effects on the alleviation of wound edema,relief of pain,reduction of wound surface effusion in the treatment of perianal abscess after surgery,and at the same time,it could shorten hospitalization days and improve patient life quality.For this reason,it was worth further clinical popularization.
