摘要目的:探讨新型LED舰用手术灯的光学设计效果。方法:采用光学模拟软件lighttools,开展了全内反射(TIR)透镜的优化设计,以及舰用手术灯的照明特性分析,并对舰艇手术室照明效果进行了模拟。结果:TIR透镜能够高效收集LED光线,收集率可达78%。经过二次光学设计,LED灯珠的光斑中心照度可以达到9.1 klx,单灯为42.5 klx,照明系统为200.0 klx。舰用手术灯的光斑直径为238 mm,光斑分布均匀。结论:基于TIR透镜的新型LED舰用手术灯的照明指标能够满足行业标准要求。
