摘要目的:观察新型压穴腕带防治航海晕动病的临床疗效。方法:以量表筛选出的178例既往有晕动病史的海军新兵为研究对象，随机分为观察组（压穴腕带组）89例（脱落2例）和对照组（假压穴腕带组）89例（脱落5例）。压迫点选择腕部2区针刺点，即相当于内关穴的位置。观察2组受试者登船后晕动发生2 h及1 d时的Graybiel晕动病评分、晕动病严重程度分级，晕动发生前后心率和血压的变化情况。结果:2组晕动发生2 h及1 d的Graybiel晕动病评分差异有统计学意义［晕动2 h观察组Graybiel评分为（10.63±9.56）分，对照组为（14.08±9.19）分， t=-2.405， P=0.017；晕动1 d观察组Graybiel评分为（6.61±4.49）分，对照组为（8.45±5.13）分， t=-2.503， P=0.013］，且观察组Graybiel晕动病评分低于对照组。2组晕动2 h及1 d的晕动病严重程度分级差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。晕动发生后2组心率值比较，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05），且观察组心率值低于对照组。晕动发生后2组血压值比较，差异无统计学意义（ P>0.05）。 结论:新型压穴腕带防治晕动病有一定效果，能有效减轻晕动症状，稳定心率，且具有经济、简便、无不良作用的特点。

abstractsObjective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the acupressure wrist strap in the prevention and treatment of motion sickness during navigation.Methods:A total of 178 naval recruits with a history of motion sickness were selected by questionnaire survey，who then were randomly divided into observation group（the acupressure wrist strap group）with 89 cases（2 cases dropped out）and control group（the sham acupressure wrist strap group）with 89 cases（5 cases dropped out）. The Zone Upper 2 on both sides of the wrist，which were just at the position of Neiguan point，were chosen as acupressure points. The Graybiel’s motion sickness scores and motion sickness severity grades at 2 h and 1 d after the onset of motion sickness，and the changes of heart rate and blood pressure before and after motion sickness were observed in the two groups.Results:There was a significant difference in the Graybiel’s motion sickness scores between the two groups at 2 h（the score of the observation group was 10.63±9.56，and that of the control group was 14.08±9.19， t=-2.405， P=0.017）and 1 d（the score of the observation group was 6.61±4.49，and that of the control group was 8.45±5.13， t=-2.503， P=0.013）after the onset of motion sickness，and the Graybiel’s motion sickness score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group. There was a significant difference in the motion sickness severity grades between the two groups at 2 h and 1 d after the onset of motion sickness（ P<0.05）. There was a significant difference in heart rates between the two groups after the onset of motion sickness（ P<0.05）. The heart rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group. There was no significant difference in blood pressures between the two groups after the onset of motion sickness（ P>0.05）. Conclusion:The acupressure wrist strap has a certain degree of effect in preventing and treating motion sickness by effectively reducing the symptoms and stabilizing heart rate with the advantages of low cost，simplicity，few side effects，which is worth of clinical application.
