摘要一、临床资料例1,男性,47岁,运-8通信员.飞行时间7 000 h.因“消瘦、多汗、活动后心慌4个月”入院.4个月内体重减轻约5 kg,伴怕热、多汗,活动后心慌.查体:脉搏84次/min,血压114/72 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa).甲状腺功能(甲功)检查:三碘甲状腺原氨酸(triiodothyronine,T3)3.52 nmol/L,总甲状腺素(total thyroid,T4)226.02 nmol/L,游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(free triiodothyronine,FT3)13.24 pmol/L,游离甲状腺素(free thyroid,FT4)41.94 pmol/L,促甲状腺激素(thyroid-stimulating hormone,TSH)0.02 mU/L.甲状腺吸碘率:甲状腺摄碘功能亢进.
