摘要为加速全球结核病预防性治疗扩展，世界卫生组织于2021年6月发布了全球结核病防治2.0版行动计划，要求各国政府和利益相关者积极行动，加大投资力度，扩大结核病筛查范围和发现力度，积极推进结核病预防性治疗，确保实现2018年联合国高级别会议政治宣言承诺的目标。为此，笔者结合我国结核病防治工作需要，系统梳理了开展结核病预防性治疗的必要性和紧迫性，结核病预防性治疗现状和进展，并结合全球结核病防治行动计划提出我国结核病防治的对策和建议。

abstractsIn order to speed up the expansion of global tuberculosis (TB) preventive treatment (TPT), the WHO released “CALL TO ACTION 2.0 A GLOBAL DRIVE TO SCALE UP TB PREVENTION” in June 2021, calling on governments and other stakeholders to increase investment, expand the TB screening and diagnosis, and accelerate coverage of TB preventive treatment. To ensure reach the targets of TPT committed by Heads of State at the UN High Level Meeting on TB (UN-HLM) in 2018. The author systematically analyzed the current situation, the progress, the necessity and urgency of carrying out TPT in China, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of TPT in China.
