摘要以肺血栓栓塞症（PTE）和深静脉血栓形成（DVT）为主要临床类型的静脉血栓栓塞症（VTE）领域近20年来备受国内外学者关注。VTE相关的风险评估与抗凝预防、PTE相关的诊断策略与模型探索、新药研发与疾病管理等方面都取得了重大的进展。尤其是针对FXI抑制剂预防VTE、新型冠状病毒肺炎合并凝血功能改变及抗凝干预等方面取得重大突破。本文就2021年1月至12月VTE领域的最新进展和研究成果进行简要介绍，期待对VTE的诊治及未来研究方向提供更多的循证医学证据及研究思路。

abstractsIn the past year, significant progress has been made in the field of venous thromboembolism (VTE) including risk assessment and anticoagulation prevention, diagnostic strategies and model exploration, new drug development and disease management. Particularly, major breakthroughs have been made in the prevention of VTE with FXI inhibitors and the prevention of novel coronavirus pneumonia with coagulation alterations and anticoagulation interventions. Here, we reviewed the progress and achievements in the field of VTE in the past year, aiming to provide evidence and ideas for the diagnosis, treatment and future studies of VTE.
