摘要ICU是重症患者接受全方位诊疗的关键场所。然而目前ICU工作强度高、诊疗难度大、人文环境差等现实情况要求我们必须加快ICU改革步伐。因此，利用先进技术，打造智慧化ICU病房将势在必行。现代ICU环境数据丰富，在常规治疗中即可收集大量患者数据，因而使其成为可以部署智慧化数字平台的理想场所，监测系统、电子病例所获得的大量数据为开发更准确的预测模型、更好的临床决策支持系统和更个性化的诊疗提供了肥沃的土壤。同时，设计及布局良好的ICU病房将大大提升患者的入住感受，以及增加医护的职业幸福感与归属感。因此，智慧化ICU病房的建立是重症医学进入到快车道发展的必经之路，也必将对ICU的发展产生深远影响。

At the same time, a well-designed and well-arranged ICU department will greatly enhance the patient′s sense of occupancy, as well as increase the professional pride and sense of belonging. Therefore, the establishment of an intelligent ICU department is the only way for ICU to enter the fast lane of development, which will also have a profound impact on the development of ICU.
