摘要成人肺动脉吊带是一种罕见的先天性血管畸形，常伴有气管及支气管狭窄。因其具有较高的死亡风险和相对较差的预后，成人患病者鲜有报道。本文报道1例中年患者，表现为自幼活动后气促，曾于外院诊断为“气管狭窄”给予对症治疗。入院后通过多层螺旋CT（MSCT）、SYNAPES 3D影像后处理系统和支气管镜检查等明确诊断为“左肺动脉吊带合并先天气管狭窄”。本文结合相关文献回顾对该病的进行总结分析，旨在提高临床医生对该病诊治的认识。

abstractsPulmonary artery sling in adults is a rare congenital vascular malformation usually accompanied by tracheal and bronchial stenosis. Due to its high mortality risk and relatively poor prognosis, it has rarely been reported in adults. We reported a middle-aged patient who presented with shortness of breath, predominantly after activity, since childhood. He was diagnosed with "tracheal stenosis" in another hospital and received symptomatic treatment. The diagnosis of left pulmonary artery sling with congenital tracheal stenosis was confirmed by multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT), airway examination with flexible bronchoscope and 3D image post-processing system. Data from this case and the related literatures have been summarized and analyzed. This will help clinicians to improve their level of diagnosis and treatment.
