摘要良性气道狭窄的处理是介入呼吸病学领域的一大难点，发生机制复杂，药物治疗作用有限。感染参与气道狭窄的发生发展，但临床鲜有关注，且存在一定争议。深入阐明感染与气道狭窄的关系，加强早期防治，可能有助于减轻气道狭窄的形成。因此，本文综述感染相关气道狭窄的表现、发生机制和防治措施，旨在探索治疗良性气道狭窄的新靶点。

abstractsBenign tracheal stenosis (BTS) is a refractory disease with a complex pathogenesis and limited therapeutic drug effects. The management of benign tracheal stenosis remains a major challenge for the interventional physiologist. In recent years, the role of infection in the occurrence and development of tracheal stenosis has attracted some attention, but there is still some controversy. A clear understanding of the relationship between infection and tracheal stenosis is essential to elucidate the pathogenic mechanism of BTS, and then to improve early prevention and management of BTS. This article reviewed the research progress on BTS associated with infection to explore new effective interventions that can reduce the BTS.
