摘要滑膜炎-痤疮-脓疱病-骨肥厚-骨炎综合征（SAPHO综合征）是一种罕见疾病，主要影响骨关节和皮肤。本文报道1例中年女性患者，其主要临床表现是右侧胸壁占位，由于患者多见于皮肤科和骨科，呼吸科对本病认识不足，患者多次就诊均未能明确诊断。本文报道该病例的诊治经过，最终确诊为SAPHO综合征，并总结该病的临床特点，旨在提高呼吸专科医生对该病的诊断水平，减少误诊和漏诊。

abstractsSynovitis, acne, pustulosis, hyperostosis, and osteitis (SAPHO) syndrome is a rare disorder characterized by a variety of osseous and cutaneous symptoms. We presented a case of a middle-aged female presenting with a mass on the right chest wall. Respiratory specialists were unfamiliar with the condition and were unable to make a definitive diagnosis. The case outlined the diagnostic and treatment process and summarized the clinical characteristics of the syndrome, with the aiming of improving the diagnostic skills of respiratory specialists and reducing cases of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
