Risk factors and health-related inefficiency in a metropolitan symphony orchestra
目的 探讨某市交响乐团员工健康危险因素与健康相关工作效率低下是否有关联.方法 通过文献查阅和专家咨询查找,确认了12个健康危险因素并对密歇根大学的健康危险因素评估问卷进行了修改,用于某市交响乐团员131名员工的健康危险因素评估.在问卷调查的同时还对其员工进行了躯体健康检查.结果 12个健康危险因素中,压力大占69.4%,其次分别为自我感觉健康差(60.3%)、吸烟(57.0%)、身体活动少(43.8%)、血压高(38.8%)和超重/肥胖(37.2%).女性比男性(Z=-2.117,P=0.034)、年龄≤38岁的员工比年龄>38岁的员工(Z=-2.748,P=0.006)、学历大学及以上的员工比学历在大学以下的员工(Z=-2.151,P=0.032)的工作效率低下等级要高.压力大和生活满意度差与健康相关工作效率低下有关(压力大,OR=7.045,95%CI:1.627~30.507;生活满意度差,OR=7.229,95%CI:1.455~35.921).结论 健康危险因素和健康相关工作效牢低下有关联.
更多Objective To investigate the association between risk factors and health-related inefficiency in a symphony orchestra. Methods The modified Michigan' s Health Risk Appraisal Questionnaire was used for the assessment of health risk factors. Based on the Health Risk Factors and Work Inefficiency Questionnaire was developed for this cross-section study in 131 the symphony orchestra employees. Results Higher stress, poor self-reported health, current smoking, physical inactivity, hypertension, and over-weight/obesity was reported in 69. 4% , 60. 3% , 57.0% , 43. 8% , 38. 8% , and 37. 2% employees, respectively. Work inefficiency was more commonly seen in female (χ2 =6. 629, P = 0.010),≤38 year-old (χ2 =5. 873, P =0.016), and highly educated staff (P = 0. 032). Higher stress and life dissatisfaction were associated with work inefficiency (higher stress; OR = 7.045,95% CI; 1.627-30.507 ;life dissatisfaction: OR = 7. 229,95% CI: 1. 455-35. 921). Conclusion Health risk factors may be associated with work inefficiency.
