摘要目的 探讨大学生健康管理模式对学生心理健康的影响效果.方法 将某高校2009级的2244名新生,随机分为干预组(824名)与对照组(1420名),采用中国大学生心理健康量表(CCSMHS)比较干预组学生在参加管理前后的心理健康变化情况,以及他们与未参加健康管理的对照组学生在心理状况上的差距,分别采用配对设计t检验与完全随机设计两样本t检验的方法对量表的评估结果进行统计学分析.结果 干预组的824名大学生在健康管理前后CCSMHS调查表各维度评分比较中,除了焦虑T分(t=1.90,P=0.058)、依赖T分(t=1.27,P=0.206)、冲动T分(t=-0.60,P=0.551)外,其余各维度的P值均小于0.05,且存在差异的8个维度中,健康管理后的得分明显低于管理前;干预组的824名大学生与对照组的1420名大学生在CCSMHS调查表各维度比较中,除躯体化T分(t=-1.38,P=0.168)一项差异无统计学以意外,其他各维度的差异均具有统计学意义,P值小于0.05,且管理后的干预组得分明显低于未管理的对照组得分.结论 参加健康管理的大学生比未参加管理的大学生在心理健康状况方面有了明显的提高,同时大学生在参加健康管理后心理症状也得到了一定的改善,但在焦虑、依赖、冲动方面的效果不是很明显,可能由于管理时间较短、心理干预本身难度较大等原因所造成.

However, anxiety, reliant, and impulse did not improve as a result of shorter intervention time, and the challenge facing psychology intervenion.
