Correlation of body mass index with physical function

摘要目的 探讨体质指数(BMI)与血脂、身体活动、血压和心电图V1导联P波终末电势(Ptfv1)的关系,综合评估BMI在早期预警心血管疾病隐患中的作用,为制定健康教育及管理措施提供有效依据.方法 选择无糖尿病、心血管病和高血压病的自愿受试者1 548例,按照《中国成人超重和肥胖症预防控制指南(试行)》的BMI分类标准分成3组,正常组:303例,超重组:624例,肥胖组:621例.分析BMI与血脂之间的关联度;各组中再选择无运动性哮喘、静息心电图正常的体检自愿受试者195例行平板运动试验,对其身体活动评分(PAS)、极量血压和Ptfv1进行对比分析.结果 正常、超重和肥胖三组的胆固醇、三酰甘油、PAS及极量收缩压的定量均值分别为:(4.76±0.92) mmol/L、(4.95±1.04) mmol/L、(5.02±0.91) mmol/L,(1.21±0.76) mmol/L、(1.82±1.07)mmol/L、(2.26±1.55) mmol/L,(44.00±9.70)分、(40.04±9.28)分、(38.83±8.73)分,(144.58±25.47)mmHg、(154.95±28.06) mmHg、(169.33±30.09)mmHg,三组之间差异有统计学意义(胆固醇:F=7.57,P<0.05;三酰甘油:F=73.40,P<0.05;PAS:F=4.52,P<0.05;极量收缩压F=11.75,P<0.05);平板运动试验不同组Ptfv1比较(正常组与肥胖组:x2=5.67,P<0.05;超重组与肥胖组:x2=6.17,P<0.05)差异均有统计学意义.结论 随着BMI的增加,血脂、极量收缩压呈递增趋势,PAS呈递减趋势,Ptfv1异常与BMI明显相关.肥胖者增加平板运动试验可筛选心血管疾病隐患的高危人群,Ptfv1可作为预警信号.

abstractsObjective To explore the relationship between body mass index(BMI) and blood lipid,physical activity,blood pressure and electrocardiagram(ECG) lead V1 P wave terminal force(PTFv1).Methods A total of 1 548 heahy volunteers with no diabetes,cardiovascular disease and hypertension were assigned to the normal control,overweight or obese groups.The correlation between BMI and lipid profiles was analyzed.One hundred and ninty-five volunteers without exercise-induced asthma and emergency were required to do treadmill exercise test to analyze the correlation between physical activity score,blood maximum pressure and Ptfv1.Results BMI was significantly different by blood lipid (Cholesterol:F=7.57,P<0.05; Triglyceride:F=73.40,P<0.05),physical activity score(F=4.52,P<0.05) and blood maximum pressure(F=1 1.75,P<0.05) other than age(P>0.05).In the three groups,treadmill exercise test was significantly different in Ptfv1(normal control group vs obese group:x2=5.67,P<0.05; overweight group vs obese group:x2=6.17,P<0.05).Conclusion With the increase of BMI,blood lipid and maximal systolic pressure were increased,although physical activity score was decreasing.Abnormal PTFv1 was significantly associated with BMI.increased Treadmill exercise test may be helpful in screening potential cardiovascular disease among high risk obesity populations.
