中国网民对糖尿病的关注程度和信息需求分析
Analysis of the Chinese cybercitizen′s attention and needs of diabetes mellitus
摘要目的:分析中国网民对糖尿病的关注程度和信息需求。方法:利用百度指数,对截至2019年4月4日的网络用户检索关键词“糖尿病”的数据从趋势分析、地域分布、人群属性分析、热门检索词分析等四个维度进行分析。结果:我国网民对“糖尿病”整体搜索量呈现上升趋势,尤其是移动端搜索;检索量排名前十的地区以经济发达地区为主(如广东、江苏、浙江等),其糖尿病发病率高于全国平均水平;糖尿病发病率最高的人群(≥50岁组)和网民数量最多的人群(<30岁组)均很少使用网络搜索糖尿病相关信息(分别占比10.0%和17.0%);网民数量及糖尿病患病率无男女差异,但男性比女性更倾向于搜索糖尿病相关信息(分别占比63.0%和37.0%)。热门检索词分析发现早期症状、治疗目标和饮食处方是出现频次最高的词类。结论:我国网民对糖尿病相关信息保持较高关注度,还具有信息内容需求差异、获取信息的渠道变化、信息传播的时间波动性、信息需求的地域和年龄差异等特点。

abstractsObjective:To investigate Chinese cybercitizen′s attention and information needs of the keyword “diabetes mellitus”.Methods:The features of internet users searching for keyword “diabetes mellitus” before April 4, 2019, was analyzed by using Baidu Index from four dimensions of trend analysis, geographical distribution, population attribute analysis, and cluster analysis of related terms.Results:The overall trend of search volume for “diabetes mellitus” was increased slightly, while the trend of mobile search was more obvious. The network users from economically developed areas with relatively higher incidences of diabetes, such as Guangdong, Jiangsu and Zhejiang, were prone to search online for “diabetes mellitus”. However, the group with highest incidences of diabetes (≥50 years old group) and the group with largest number of netizens (<30 years old) were rarely using web searches (10.0% and 17.0%, respectively). Men were more likely to search “diabetes” online compared with women (63.0% vs 37.0%). According to the cluster analysis, the top 3 “diabetes” related terms were the early symptoms, the treatment goals and dietary formula.Conclusion:Chinese netizens keep a continuing increasing attention to diabetes-related information with five characteristics: the differences of information needs, the changes of information channels, the time volatility of information dissemination, the differences of regional and age distribution in information needs.
