换一批体检报告管理流程改进对提高报告质量和缩短报告出具时间的影响
The impact of the improvement of the medical examination report management process on improving the quality of the report and shortening the time for issuance of the report
摘要如何进一步提高体检报告质量，缩短报告出具时间，是各体检中心急需解决的问题。本研究改进体检报告管理流程，完善体检导引通知单的告知内容，增加两级筛检流程，建立质控群，限时全覆盖质控。结果表明，改进体检报告管理流程后，能明显缩短报告出具时间，提高体检者的满意度，降低差错和投诉的发生。
