换一批摘要上颌快速扩弓是解决上颌横向发育不足的常用方法，腭中缝是上颌扩弓过程中产生阻力的关键区域之一，扩弓的时机、疗效以及扩弓装置的选用与腭中缝状态息息相关。目前，临床上评估腭中缝状态的方法较多，包括年龄、骨龄、上颌前部 片、CT与超声等。本文回顾现有文献中对腭中缝状态评估所采用的方法及其临床应用，以为正畸医师的临床决策提供参考。

abstractsRapid palatal expansion is commonly uesd to correct maxillary transverse deficiency. The timing and effects of palatal expansion, and the choice of palatal expansion devices are related to the condition of midpalatal suture. Nowadays, there are several methods to assess the condition of midpalatal suture, including physiological age, skeletal age, occlusal film, CT, ultrasonography and so on. This narrative review seeks to review these methods for assessment of midpalatal suture.
