换一批摘要人工肝支持系统作为肝衰竭患者过渡到肝移植时机的治疗手段已在国内外得到广泛应用,然而临床研究对各类型人工肝的疗效评价不一.此文将重点介绍常用的非生物型人工肝技术及研究较多的生物型人工肝技术,并根据循证医学证据就其对肝衰竭患者治疗的生化指标及生存率的影响进行综述.

abstractsArtificial liver support system (ALSS),as a means of bridging patients with liver failure to transplantation,has been widely used at home and abroad.However,clinical trails show that different ALSS may have different therapeutic effects.This review briefly introduces the widely-used non-biological liver support technologies and extensively-studied biological liver support technologies,and tries to give an overview on their impact on biochemical markers and survival.
