Pharmacokinetics and dosing adjustment of antibacterial agents in patients undergoing continuous renal replacement therapy
摘要接受连续性肾脏替代治疗（CRRT）的感染患者体内抗菌药物的药代动力学（PK）参数常常受到各种因素的影响而发生变化。PK 参数的改变可导致抗菌药物剂量的改变，从而增加药物的不良反应或直接导致治疗失败和细菌耐药。该文系统综述了抗菌药物在 CRRT 患者中 PK 参数体内变化的各种影响因素，并提出 CRRT 患者使用抗菌药物的剂量调整建议，为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供参考。

abstractsThe pharmacokinetics of antibacterial agents in patients undergoing continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) is affected by various factors.The antibacterial doses altered by the pharmacokinetics may result in either drug toxicity or treatment failure and development of antibiotic resistance.This article reviews the factors affecting the antibacterial pharmacokinetics in CRRT patients, which may provide a reference for clinicians to rationally use antibacterial agents.
