摘要随着抗菌药物、化疗药物及糖皮质激素等的广泛应用,血液肿瘤患者假丝酵母菌血症的发病率越来越高.血液肿瘤患者假丝酵母菌血症缺乏典型的临床表现、非白假丝酵母菌比例高、分离菌株耐药率高和病死率高,增加临床实践的难度.为了更好的诊治血液肿瘤患者假丝酵母菌血症,本文就血液肿瘤患者假丝酵母菌血症的流行病学、耐药率及耐药机制、诊断和抗真菌治疗的研究作一综述.

abstractsWith the administration of antibacterial drugs , chemotherapy agents and corticosteroids , the incidence of candidemia in patients with hematological malignancies has been increased greatly in recent years.Due to the absence of typical symptoms , the high proportions of non-albicans candida, high antifungal resistance rate and high mortality, the candidemia in these patients remains a challenge in clinic practice.In this article we review the recent progress on the epidemiology , diagnosis and treatments , the antifungal resistance and its molecular basis of candidemia in patients with hematological malignancies .
