摘要美国感染病学会和胸科学会联合制定的2007版枟成人社区肺炎诊疗指南枠,对我国临床社区肺炎的诊治产生了巨大影响,2019年10月两学会再次对指南进行了修订与更新.与2007版指南比较,新版指南较为简洁,在删除部分内容的同时,也更新了一些内容,其中主要更新点为编写方式改变明显,对大环内酯类的推荐强度降低,有关诊疗活动更加强调结合临床实际.

abstractsThe guideline for diagnosis and treatment of adult community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) (2007 edition) jointly formulated by the Infectious Diseases Society of America ( IDSA) and the American Thoracic Society ( ATS) has a great impact on the clinical management for CAP in China.In October 2019, the two societies revised and updated the guide again.Compared with the 2007 guideline, the new guideline is more concise ; some contents were deleted and some contents have been updated.The main updated points are obvious changes in the compiling mode , the reduced recommendation intensity for macrolides in CAP treatment ,and more emphasizing the relevance of diagnosis and treatment activities to the clinical practice.
