摘要猴痘是一种由猴痘病毒(Monkeypox virus, MPXV)感染引起的人兽共患传染病。2022年以来多国猴痘病例中，人类免疫缺陷病毒(Human immunodeficiency virus，HIV)感染者约占50%。为规范我国HIV感染者猴痘诊疗规范，编写团队结合国内外最新研究成果制订了《HIV感染者猴痘诊治专家共识》，本共识包含猴痘的病原学及HIV感染者猴痘的流行病学特征、临床表现、诊断、治疗和预防，旨在提高临床医师对HIV感染者猴痘的诊断及治疗能力。

abstractsMonkeypox (Mpox) is a zoonotic viral disease caused by monkeypox virus (MPXV) infection. MPXV infection in humans has been reported since 2022, about 50% of Mpox cases are HIV infected individuals worldwide. In order to standardize the diagnosis and treatment of Mpox in HIV infected individuals in China, the writing team has developed the " Expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of Mpox in HIV infected individuals" based on the latest research results at home and abroad. This consensus covers the etiology of Mpox, and the epidemiological characteristics, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of Mpox in HIV infected individuals, with the aim of improving clinical diagnosis and standardized treatment for Mpox in HIV infected individuals.
