摘要多发磨玻璃结节（GGN）样肺癌是同时性多原发肺癌的一种特殊类型，同时存在2个及2个以上病灶，具有“惰性”发展、极少淋巴结或远处转移、病理阶段相同或不同、驱动基因突变具有差异性、影像学表现多样化和预后较好等特点。为规范多发GGN样肺癌的诊疗行为，降低过度诊治和诊治不足等问题，由中国医药教育协会肺癌医学教育委员会、中国胸外科肺癌联盟、中国抗癌协会肿瘤消融治疗专业委员会、中国临床肿瘤学会（CSCO）肿瘤消融专家委员会、中国医师协会介入医师分会肿瘤消融专家工作组组织国内有关专家，讨论制订了《多发磨玻璃结节样肺癌多学科诊疗中国专家共识（2024年版）》。主要内容包括：多发GGN样肺癌的随访策略、鉴别诊断、诊断与分期、治疗手段和治疗后随访。
