摘要偏头痛是临床常见的原发性头痛，表现为反复发作的搏动性中重度头痛，常伴有恶心或呕吐、畏光和畏声等症状；偏头痛发病率高，病程长，在神经系统疾病负担中位居第二位。目前我国偏头痛患者存在就诊率低、正确诊断率有待提高、预防治疗不足及止痛药物过度使用等问题亟待解决。为提高临床医师对偏头痛疾病的认识、管理与规范化诊疗，中华医学会神经病学分会头痛协作组专家结合国内外临床实践，反复讨论后制订本指南，内容包括偏头痛分类、诊断与鉴别诊断及治疗。

abstractsMigraine is a common primary headache, a chronic neurological disorder characterized by recurrent throbbing moderate to severe headache. The most characteristic symptoms associated with migraine include photophobia, phonophobia, and gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea and vomiting. With a high incidence and a long disease duration, migraine is the second highest burden of neurological disease. At present, there are many problems in diagnosis and treatment of migraine patients. The purpose of this guideline is to improve the understanding, management, diagnosis and treatment of migraine. According to the migraine clinical advance and current situation in China, specialists of Headache Group of Chinese Society of Neurology drafted this guideline. This guideline includes classification, diagnosis and differential diagnosis, treatment of migraine.
