摘要对16例垂体腺瘤采用单侧鼻前庭切口经蝶切除肿瘤效果满意。结果证明，经单侧鼻蝶入路既可减少手术创伤，又缩短了手术路径，且避免了美容缺陷，是一种设计巧妙、较为实用的手术方法，尤其适于生长激素腺瘤。

abstractsThe transnasal transspheniodal surgery with unilateral incision of nasal antrum was performed to resect pituitary anenoma in 16 pariants with good results. It shnws that this approach can reduce operative damage, shorten operative distance, and avoid face scar or nasai distortion. It is one of simple and useful operations especially suitable for growth hormone-secreting adenomas.
