电子顺磁共振法检测迟发性脑血管痉挛时氧自由基含量的变化
Determination the changes of oxygen free radicals in cerebral spinal fluid with electron spin resonance after delayed cerebral vasospasm
摘要目的::本实验以家兔为模型,通过电子顺磁共振(ESR)波谱仪直接检测脑脊液中氧自由基(OFR)含量的变化与迟发性脑血管痉挛的关系。方法::利用电子顺磁共振方法直接检测氧自由基。结果::在三组中动脉红细胞组家兔脑动脉痉挛程度最重(-32±7.2),且脑脊液氧自由基相对含量最高(0.39±0.03)。静脉红细胞组家兔痉挛程度次之(-15.4±4.0),脑脊液氧自由基相对含量也较低(0.15±0.01)。结论::迟发性脑血管痉挛过程中伴有氧自由基的升高。

abstractsObjective::To directly detect the changes of oxygen free radicals(OFR) in CSF through the electron spin resonance(ESR) spectrum apparatus in rabbit model.Methods::By using of new direct method of detecting OFR-ESR, we have detected the changes of the contents of OFR in rabbits after delayed cerebral vasospasm( DCVS).Result::Sever degree of cerebral artery spasm in artery RBC group(-32+-7.2) and less sever in venous RBC group(-15.4+-4.0) were found. The contents of OFR in CSF was also high(0.39+-0.03) in the former and relatively lower( 0.15+-0.01) in the latter.Conclusion::There is an elevation of OFR in the processes of DCVS.
