高分子纤维素预防肌腱粘连的实验研究
Effect of carhoxymethyl cellulose (HUCMC) on adhesion formation after tendon repair in chickens
摘要为研究高分子纤维素膏剂在预防肌腱粘连的作用,选择纯种“海赛士克”鸡为实验动物,实验组以高分子纤维素膏剂涂于屈趾肌腱损伤处, 对照组不用药。术后3、4、6、8周对两组动物局部肌腱组织进行生物力学检测,并在直视下、光镜及电镜观察。实验结果示高分子纤维素膏剂有良好的预防肌腱粘连的作用。对高分子纤维素膏剂的作用机制作了探讨。

abstractsChickens were used as animal models to study the role of HUCMC in prevention of tendon adhesion. Biomecharnical and histological assessment were made at 3,4,6 and 8 weeks after flexor digitorum repair. The results showed that HUCMC could effectively prevent tendon after operation.
