摘要采用清肺饮进行抗小鼠流感病毒性肺炎的实验研究。结果显示：清肺饮可降低感染小鼠死亡率（保护率达35.42%），延长小鼠生存时间，降低肺脂数（肺指数抑制率为38.67%），并可抑制流感病毒在鼠肺中复制（实验组鼠肺中病毒滴度比对照组低100倍以上）。这些结果表明，该药是一种有实用价值的治疗病毒性肺炎的药物。

abstractsQing Fei Yin (Pneumo-clearing medicine) is a mixture of 12 Chinese herbs prepared by Dong Zhi Men Hospital, Beijing, and practised in clinic. It is composed of Rhizoma Ephedrae, Cypsum, Radix Scutellariae Baicalensis, Fructus Forsythiae Suspensae ets. The present paper reports the observation of the antivital effects in pneumonia against mouse lung-adapted influenza virus A/PR/8/34 (H1N1) in mice by Qing Fei Yin. The experimental results showed that Qing Fei Yin reduced the mortality rate of intranasally infected mice (the rate of protection reached 35.42%), prolonging their lives, reducing lung index (the rate of lung index inhibition 38.67%) and inhibiting the reproduction of influenza virus in the mouse lung (the virus titer in lung of the infected mice was over 100 times higher than that of control). Based apon the results it appears that the medicine may be valuable in treating viral pneumonia.
