摘要前列腺癌是男性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病与年龄、遗传、饮食、环境和性激素等多个因素有关.随着分子生物学、基因组学、表观遗传学等技术手段的成熟,人们对前列腺癌的发生发展、转移侵袭以及由激素依赖性向去势抵抗进展的机制有了更深入地认识.近年来肿瘤干细胞、自噬、表观遗传学以及肿瘤免疫在前列腺癌中的研究受到了广泛关注,本文就此进行综述,为临床预防、诊断和治疗前列腺癌提供新策略.

abstractsProstate cancer is a common malignancy in men and the worldwide burden of this disease is rising.Age, heredity, diet, environment and sex hormones are involved in the development of prostate cancer.With the developments of molecular biology, genomics, epigenetics and other technical means, we know much more about the mechanisms of prostate cancer development, invasion, metastasis and prognosis.This review focuses on the recent progress in studies on the role of tumor stem cells, autophagy, epigenetics and tumor immune in prostate cancer, with an objective to provide new clues to clinical prevention, diagnosis and treatment of this malignancy.
