摘要新兴的单细胞测序技术联合空间转录组技术,可以从细胞层面分析细胞的基因组、转录组和空间信息,这有助于人们探究细胞的基因表达水平和三维重建,了解细胞间的联系,进而促进探讨疾病的发生和发展机制。近年来,单细胞测序和空间转录组技术的联合运用已促进细胞和多种疾病研究,其在肝脏生理和疾病方面已取得部分成果。本文综述了单细胞测序和空间转录组技术联合运用在肝病研究中的应用进展。

abstractsThe combination of emerging single-cell sequencing technology and spatial transcriptome technology can analyze the genome, transcriptome and spatial information of cells from the cellular level, which will help people explore the gene expression and three-dimensional reconstruction of cells and understand the interactions among cells, so as to promote the discussion of the occurrence and development mechanism of diseases. In recent years, the combined application of single cell sequencing and spatial transcriptome technology has promoted the research of cells and a variety of diseases, and some achievements have been made in liver physiology and diseases. This review concisely summaries the research progress of single cell sequencing and spatial transcription technology in liver diseases.
