摘要肿瘤相关巨噬细胞广泛存在于肿瘤微环境中，是其中最丰富的肿瘤浸润性免疫细胞群，影响着实体瘤的发生和进展，根据其极化状态的不同，可具有抗肿瘤和促肿瘤的特性。目前的研究结果显示肿瘤相关巨噬细胞与膀胱癌的发生发展关系密切，本文就肿瘤相关巨噬细胞在膀胱癌中的研究现状和进展进行综述，旨在深入了解肿瘤相关巨噬细胞在膀胱癌发生发展中的作用，从而为疾病的治疗提供新思路。

abstractsTumor-associated macrophage widely exist in the tumor microenvironments, and are the most abundant tumor infiltrating immune cell population among them. They affect the occurrence and progress of solid tumors. According to their different polarization states, tumor-associated macrophage can have anti-tumor and tumor promoting properties. The current research results show that tumor-associated macrophage is closely related to the occurrence and development of bladder cancer. This article reviews the research status and progress of tumor-associated macrophage in bladder cancer, aiming to deeply understand the role of tumor-associated macrophage in the occurrence and development of bladder cancer, so as to provide new ideas for disease treatments.
