Progress in antenatal magnesium sulfate exposure for neuroprotection in preterm infants
摘要即将发生早产时母体应用硫酸镁有助于早产儿神经保护，但不良反应及应用人群等仍缺乏循证医学证据。本文根据现有指南及最新研究总结现行具体方案，包括干预孕周、给药剂量、用药时间及是否重复等，旨在为我国孕妇产前硫酸镁治疗保护早产儿神经系统的临床应用提供参考。

abstractsMagnesium sulfate has been administered to pregnant women at imminent risk of preterm delivery for fetal neuroprotection, but its adverse effects and target population have not been fully studied. This paper summarizes the current protocols according to the existing guidelines and the latest research progress, including the gestational age at intervention, dose, duration of therapy and the need for re-administration, hoping to provide a reference for the clinical use of magnesium sulfate for fetal neuroprotection in China.
