摘要目的研究血管生成抑制因子——内皮抑素（endostatin）对结肠癌肝转移的影响。方法 32只裸鼠用脾脏切除法建立人结肠癌裸鼠肝转移模型，然后分为4组,每组8只。分别自腹腔注射生理盐水（对照组）、5-氟脲嘧啶(5-Fu)（治疗Ⅰ组）、endostatin（治疗Ⅱ组）以及5-Fu与endostatin二药联合（治疗Ⅲ组），比较各组肝转移率。结果对照组、治疗Ⅰ组、治疗Ⅱ组和治疗Ⅲ组肿瘤肝转移率分别为100%、75%、25%和25%。治疗Ⅱ组和治疗Ⅲ组肝转移率低于对照组及治疗Ⅰ组，差异有显著性意义（与对照组比较P＜0.01；与治疗Ⅰ组比较P＜0.05）。endostatin及endostatin与5-Fu联合应用使肿瘤肝转移率明显降低，平均肝转移瘤数下降，动物的生存期延长。结论 endostatin可有效地干预结肠癌肝转移的形成,较5-Fu有更大的临床潜在应用价值。

abstractsObjective　To study the influence of angiogenesis inhibitor-endostatin on colorectal cancer liver metastasis.　Methods　Thirty-two nude mice model of colorectal cancer liver metastasis was established by splenectomy. Mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group given saline solution, treatment group Ⅰ 5-Fu, treatment group Ⅱ endostatin, and treatment group Ⅲ both 5-Fu and endostatin. The differences of liver metastasis between the groups were compared.　Results　The incidences of liver metastasis and mean numbers of liver tumors decreased substantially in the mice treated with endostatin and combined drugs. The survival times of animals were significantly longer in the endostatin group and the 5-Fu and endostatin group than in the 5-Fu group and control group. The inhibition effect of liver metastasis by 5-Fu was relatively weaker.　Conclusions　Endostatin greatly affects the development of colorectal cancer liver metastasis. It is more effective than 5-Fu in clinical application.
