Evaluation between bypass surgery and endovascular therapy to peripheral arterial disease patients with critical limb ischemia
摘要下肢动脉旁路移植术（ BSX）和下肢动脉腔内治疗（ EVT）是目前治疗严重下肢动脉闭塞症的核心治疗手段。 EVT在减少手术创伤、降低早期术后并发症、缩短住院时间等方面具有潜在优势；BSX在降低患者中远期病死率、提高远期通畅率方面明显优于EVT。合理把握适应证，选择个体化的治疗方案，避免腔内治疗的“滥用”，对下肢动脉闭塞症的患者更为有意义。
