结直肠癌是中国最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,在2012年诊断的全球136万例结直肠癌患者中,中国结直肠癌新发病例数达25.3万例,占18.6%.中国已成为全球结直肠癌每年新发病例数最多的国家,结直肠癌严重影响和威胁我国居民身体健康.2010年,原国家卫生部委托中华医学会肿瘤学分会组织结直肠癌领域专家撰写并颁布了《结直肠癌临床诊疗规范(2010年版)》(简称《规范》).《规范》的发布对我国结直肠癌诊疗意义重大,影响深远.近些年,随着对该《规范》应用的普及和理解的深入,国家卫生和计划生育委员会组织专家先后于2015年和2017年对《规范》进行了2次修订,内容涉及结直肠癌的影像学检查、病理学评估,外科治疗、内科治疗和放疗等多学科综合治疗手段等方面.2017年版《规范》既参考了国际指南的更新内容,更结合了中国的具体国情和临床实践,同时囊括了近些年来我国结直肠领域的重要进展和循证医学证据.2017年版《规范》将会进一步推动我国结直肠癌整体诊疗水平的进步,改善患者的生存和预后,造福结直肠癌患者及其家庭.

Colorectal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in China. In 2012 one million thirty six thousand cases of colorectal cancer were diagnosed all over the world,two hundred fifty three thousand cases were diagnosed in China(accounted for 18.6%). China has the largest number of new cases of colorectal cancer in the world. Colorectal cancer has becoming a serious threat of Chinese residents′health. In 2010,the National Ministry of Health organized colorectal cancer expertise of the Chinese Medical Association to write the"Chinese Protocol of Diagnosis and Treatment of Colorectal Cancer"(2010 edition), and publish it publicly. In recent years,the National Health and Family Planning Commission has organized experts to revised the protocol 2 times:the first time in 2015, the second time in 2017. The revised part of"Chinese Protocol of Diagnosis and Treatment of Colorectal Cancer"(2017 edition)involves new progress in the field of imaging examination, pathological evaluation, surgery, chemotherpy and radiotherapy. The 2017 edition of the protocol not only referred to the contents of the international guidelines, but also combined with the specific national conditions and clinical practice in China, and also included many evidence?based clinical data in China recently. The 2017 edition of the protocol would further promote the standardization of diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer in China, improve the survival and prognosis of patients,and benefit millions of patients with colorectal cancer and their families.
