n-3脂肪酸对高胆固醇血症内皮通透性影响的实验研究
Role of n-3 Fatty Acid on the Endothelia Permeability in Rats' Hypercholesterolemia
摘要为研究n-3脂肪酸对内皮的保护功能,以内皮通透性作指标,采用伊文氏蓝为示踪剂,使用荧光显微镜研究通透深度,使用丙酮-生理盐水抽提分光光度计测定通透量。结果表明高胆固醇血症大鼠模型内皮通透性明显增加( P<0.001), n-3脂肪酸可显著拮抗通透性增加( P<0.01)。说明n-3脂肪酸对动脉粥样硬化的有益作用机制之一是保护内皮功能。

abstractsTo investigate the protective role of n-3 fatty acids on endothelium, the endothelia permeability is measured using Even's Blue as a tracer. In hypercholesterolemic rats, the percentage of Even's Blue permeating depth in aorta is determined by fluorescence microscopy, the permeating amount is measured by spectometry at 620nm after extraction by acetone 0.9% NaCl (7: 3). The results indicates that, highly elevated endothelium permeability occurrs in hypercholesterolemic rats ( P<0.001) and n-3 fatty acids can reverse this injury ( P<0.001). It is proposed that a beneficial role of n-3 fatty acids on atherosclerosis is its protective function on endothelium.
