abstractsPurified Respiratory Syncytial Virus isolated in China is obtained by Sepharose 2B column chromatography and discontinuous density gradient centrifugation and demonstrated by electron microscope, analytical ultracentrifugation and SDS-polyacrylamide gel eletrophoresis. It is found that this RSV strain contained 7 polypeptides, and their MWs are 93,48,41, 38, 32, 28, 10 (×10 3) respectively.
