摘要本文报导了小鼠α/β-干扰素(IFN-α/β)对体外诱生小鼠各类直接空斑形成细胞(PFC)的影响,结果表明,IFN-α/β对T细胞依赖的绵羊红细胞(SRBC)诱生的原发直接PFC有高浓度抑制和低浓度促进的双相调节作用。该作用经56℃加热后丧失。促进作用可为特异性经抗体所抑制。而IFN-α/β对T细胞非依赖的脂多糖(LPS)诱生的原发直接PFC和不需巨噬细胞参与的由SRBC诱生的继发直接PFC都仅有抑制而无促进作用,提示其抑制作用的机理可能是IFN直接作用于B细胞,而促进作用则可能是通过T细胞或巨噬细胞等因素间接地作用于B细胞。

abstractsThe results showed that the IFN-α/β at higher concentration had suppressive effect on the primary direct PFC induced by a T cell dependent antigen, the sheep red blood cell (SRBC), but at the lower concentration the effect was just reverse. These effects were abolished by heating the IFN at 56℃ for 1 hr. The enhancing effect could be inhibited by specific antibody. While the IFN only demonstrated Suppression on the T cell independent primary direct PFC response to lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and the secondary direct PFC response to SRBC the presence of macrophage are not required. These suggest that the suppressive effect of the IFN may be due to its direct action on B cells, whereas the enhancing effect may be an indirect action on B cells by T cells or macrophages.
