牛清白蛋白-IgG免疫复合物对小鼠抗白色念珠菌感染的影响
EFFECT OF BOVINE SERUM ALBUMIN (BSA) -IgG IMMUNE COMPLEXES ON IMMUNITY AGAINST C.albiocans INFECTION IN MICE
摘要本文报导了BSA-早期IgG免疫复合物和BSA-晚期IgG免疫复合物对小鼠抗白色念珠菌感染的影响。BSA早期IgG免疫复合物可延长小鼠感染后的存活时间,增强巨噬细胞的吞噬功能。BSA-晚期IgG免疫复合物,当其中的抗原量较高时,也能增强吞噬功能。免疫复合物的这种作用与其中的免疫球蛋白的类别和免疫复合物的大小有关。

abstractsIn the present study, soluble BSA-early IgG and BSA-late IgG immune complexes (IC) were prepared on the basis of quantitative precipitin reaction. A comparison was made between the effect of BSA-early IgG IC and that of BSA-late IgG IC on the immunity against systemic C.albicans infection in mice. The result indicated that BSA-early IgG IC prolonged the survival time of mice infected with C.albicans and enhanced the phagocytosis of macrophages. However, the smaller BSA-late IgG IC also enhanced the phagocytosis when the amount of BSA in the IC was more than 10 times of BSA amount at equivalence. These results suggest that the effect of IC might be related with the size of IC and the class of Ig in it
